The Tower will comprise of residential and leisure features including a 360 viewing deck called The Pinnacle Room, and a VIP observation deck with landscaping.The Tower is located off the Dubai Creek next to the Ras Al Khor National Wildlife Sanctuary which is a home to over 67 species of water birds. The project is expected to be completed by 2020.
