His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and
Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, opened
the Burj Al Arab Terrace, on May 25, in the presence of Deputy Ruler of
Dubai HH Shaikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
